• Product Information: We strive to provide accurate descriptions, images, and pricing for all products available on our website. However, we do not warrant that product information is error-free, complete, or current. We consider a standard length of 6 meters for each item; however, manufacturers may produce items with lengths ranging from 4 to 7 meters. We will update this information at the time of loading, and if there are any changes in the amount, we will request or refund the difference.
• Product Quality: We are resellers and not manufacturers of the products. Based on our years of daily practices, we encourage you to verify the quality of our products by visiting our premises or by hiring third-party inspectors. We will provide all necessary assistance in this regard. Please note that once the material is sold, it will not be taken back.
• Weight: No complaints shall be entertained regarding weight differences. We calibrate our weighing machine monthly, and upon request, we will share our calibration certificate.
• Centre Cut Option: If, due to power cuts or any other reason, we are unable to make the centre cut for which you have paid cut charges, we shall refund the amount. No complaints regarding centre cut charges will be entertained.
• Availability: All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products purchased and to discontinue any product at our discretion.
• Pricing: All rates are ex-our godown/premises. All prices are listed in Rupees and are subject to change without notice. We will notify you of any changes prior to processing your order.
• Order Confirmation: Upon placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. This email does not guarantee acceptance of your order, as we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason.
3. Customer Responsibilities
As a customer, you agree to:
